WAATASEMU Charity Association. Is a National Association, benefiting of a corporate status, starting from human purposes. as an institution of an exemplar charity work for all people. Confirming the contents of the Great Green Charter for human rights, that the jamahirian society is solidal and securing to its people a dignified life, taking its statute, laws and executive regulations as a base for its work.
The association was instituted according to the norms of the applicable laws and law no (19) dated 1369 regarding the national associations, the decision of the undersecretary for services affairs no. (1008) dated 1370 and the decision of the undersecretary for services affairs no. (327) dated 1371. Then the name of the association was ,modificd to WA'ATASSEMO charity association, published under no (1) in the national associations register on 20/l0ll 370.
Having its headquarters in Tripoli city, great Jamahiriya. Its objectives consist in providing charitable and human actions for:-
1- The woman and the child.
2- Handicapped and special need persons ,orphans and old people.
3- Persons getting low income.
4- Any human sustaining crisis and natural catastrophes.
